Know Your Blood Pressure Day

Previously known as Stroke Awareness Day and recently Blood Pressure Day, Know your Blood Pressure Day is a Rotary initiative operated in association with the Stroke Association

"Our Know Your Blood Pressure campaign helps people to understand the link between high blood pressure and stroke, other risk factors and what they can do to reduce their risk of having a stroke. We get to the heart of communities by holding events across the UK offering free blood pressure testing, stroke prevention information and friendly advice." *

Brecon Rotary's Know Your Blood Pressure Day is usually run bi annually on a Saturday morning in April in the Guild Hall Brecon between 10am and 2 pm.
